Arnout Van den Bossche is an engineer consultant and a stand up comedian. To make is work known, he uses Youtube to webcast his shows. People hearing of him check on Youtube what his performances look like. In 80% of his hirings in events, shows, etc., Youtube have played a role, does state Arnout Van den Bossche, who his also using Twitter to engage with his audience, especially in Flanders and in The Netherlands.

Coworking can help entrepreneurs meet likeminded people and, then, give them a hand to grow their business faster. In Japan, the entrepreneurship spirit remain low as compared with other developped country.

DWF, an office design company, has started the Moboff (contraction of mobile-office) project. Five coworking spaces recently opened up in downtown Tokyo (Shibuya).

“Nomad workers and entrepreneurs aren’t looking only for a place to seat. They aim to meet people and join new kind of communties”, says Nicolas Koruni, product manager of Moboff. Our ideal would be to have such coworking places all over Tokyo”.
Moboff spaces, where event are organized on a regular base, are becoming a focal point for a number of topics, related to technology a.o.

Jeremy Rifkin is one of the great thinkers of our time. He teaches at Wharton University and advises a number of CEO's and chief of government such as Angela Merkel. In his last book, "The Empathic Civilization", Rifkin shows how human beings are naturally leaning towards empathy. Nowadays, with the rise of oil prices, the global warming, we are getting conscious of that we all belong to the same biosphere, where we are all interconnected, such as online, in the blogosphere. We will be and behave as the members of the same energy/information grid.

"The operating system matters less and less", says Jon von Teztchner. Applications and content are more and more in the cloud of the millions of connected servers across the world that make the internet. The cloud computing is a natural move. Tariq Krim is a famous web entrepreneur. The founder of Netvibes, a very well known dashboard for anything we do on the internet, he is launching JoliCloud. JoliCloud is an operating system as a service. As opposed to Windows or other OS, JoliCloud is not stored on a computer but on thousands of different servers around the world. The most important internet search engine in the world collects, every day, millions of information about our behaviour, interests, aims, etc. It makes Google very powerful. Alex Barrera is the co-founder of the Tetuan Valley, a network of web companies based in the North of Madrid, in Spain.

According to him, no business school in Europe teaches the spirit neither the vision of a startup runner.

“In Business Schools, we learn to replicate a business model that works elsewhere. Not to be and entrepreneur inventing something new. Operate a company is easy to learn. That is no rocket science. Starting a company requires another set of competences, though”.

That is the reason why Alex Barrera (who has his own startup, Inkzee) has launched, along with other, a startup academy.
